Sip into Spring Mocktails!
Happy Spring! In honor of the flowers blooming, the bees buzzing, and the days getting longer, I’ve got a few fun, herbal mocktails for you down below – perfect for relaxing on a patio and enjoying the sunshine!

- Brew a pot of strong chamomile tea with 2-3 1-inch oak blocks
- Mix together 1/2 cup tea and oak mixture with 1/2 cup tart cherry juice
- Stir in 1 tbsp of local honey (can be infused with vervain and lavender for even more sleep-boosting benefits)
- Enjoy room temperature or chilled

- Simmer 1 cup of loosely packed fresh mint leaves with the juice of 2-3 limes in one cup of water and one cup of sugar to make simple syrup
- Mix the simple syrup with 8 oz of lime-flavored sparking water and 1/4 cup mango nectar
- Enjoy over ice

- Mix together 8 oz strong ginger beer with 1 tbsp elderberry syrup, the juice of 1 lemon or orange, and 1-2 tbsp local honey (can be infused infused with ginger, elderberry, and turmeric for more immunity-boosting benefits)
- Enjoy stirred over ice
